Since 1974, I was working as a lawyer for domestic and foreign clients, in particular for companies trading in chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
2007, appointment as certified specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law.
My core business was advising and representing clients in the negotiation and conclusion of international sales contracts as well as the enforcement of rights arising from the performance or non-performance of such contracts. In addition, I was active in the field of inheritance law.
I represented my clients out of court and before the German civil courts as well as before domestic and foreign arbitral tribunals.
After practicing more than 40 years as a partner at two Hamburg law firms, I started my own law firm at the beginning of 2018. In this independent setup, I could use my professional experience and my pragmatic, focused and cost-conscious approach even more effectively for the benefit of my clients.
